Apart from day to day running of the business, Gino is responsible for the design of all our large-scale off-grid and solar hybrid projects. Gino has over 10 years in the solar PV industry and in the past has designed and project managed some of Australia’s largest off-grid solar PV systems, including Australia’s largest residential off-grid solar system just north of Brisbane. Apart from his solar qualifications, Gino also holds a Diploma in Project Management, an Advanced Diploma in Electronics, a Cert III in Telecommunications, and an ACMA Data Cabling Licence.
A veteran electrician of almost 20 years, Blair has been an accredited PV system installer since 2009 and since this time has installed literally Megawatts of grid connected and off-grid PV systems all over Australia, including a recent 226kW SolarEdge DC Optimiser PV system on the 8th floor of a university facility in the Brisbane inner city. Blair is also an accredited PV System auditor with the Australian Government (CER- Clean Energy Regulator) and conducts regular audit work for the CER on a contractual basis. With safety & quality always in mind, you can rest assured your system installation will be done to the highest standard with Blair on your roof.
Amongst other duties including clerical and administration, Stacy is responsible for the scheduling of works, and keeps us all on our toes. Stacy’s organisational skills are second-to-none, which is reflected in our smooth operations. A veteran of several years in a similar role at our partner company Intrinsic Energy Solutions, a large electrical contracting business, Stacy brings a wealth of experience to the company and as such assists in a variety of roles including HR recruitment / management and customer service.
Quality, Health & Safety and the Environment are overriding elements in any major project, and as a licensed electrician Chris is highly aware of the importance of these considerations on a worksite. Armed with a Science Degree majoring in Mathematics from the University of Queensland, and currently studying part time for a law degree, Chris adopts a highly analytical approach to his role and is constantly driven towards continually improving the relevant processes. A veteran of more than 15 years in this role at large electrical contracting business, Chris brings a wealth of critical expertise to any project large or small.
Good project management is essential to minimising disruption to our client’s business, and Michael is pivotal to achieving this on all large and complex projects. Key to his success is his numerous qualifications and past experience across several decades in the electrical industry, including high level engineering and project management roles for well known organisations such as Ergon Energy and CSIRO. Michael is a Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical), Queensland (RPEQ) and a licensed electrician. Michael also holds a Diploma in Project Management and has a deep passion for working within the renewable energy sector.
Troy is a 4th year electrical apprentice and is by far the youngest and fittest among our crew. A true workhorse, Troy is passionate about renewable energy and aims to specialise in this field post apprenticeship and ongoing career. Troy has already completed training with Selectronic for hybrid and off-grid solar design, and is a Selectronic accredited integrator. Troy has a keen eye for attention to detail and leaves no stone unturned, resulting in very neat electrical work. Coupled with his near completed electrical license, Troy also has an Elevated Work Platform license, Forklift and Heavy Vehicle license making him a highly skilled & valuable team member.
